Shipping Policy

All Things Energy Pty Ltd offer nationwide delivery on all of our products. We have made it easy for you to determine shipping via our Shipping Calculator – click here to access. Please note that all items over 2 Tonne (2000kg) cannot be entered into the Shipping Calculator -they will require an enquiry via email or phone to determine shipping costs.
For all items over 50kg, you will be required to have the ability to unload with a forklift. If, however this is not possible, subject to the item ordered and the delivery area, the items can be delivered on a tail lift truck.
Delivery of your items can be made directly to your home or office address or organised to be collected from one of our freight company collection depots. Please note that in the instance where the delivery location is in a rural/regional area, delivery will only be made to the closest collection depot in which case customers will be required to organise collection.
All items will only be shipped to a physical address, items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Delivery times may vary depending on the following:
- Location of products ordered
- Custom products (i.e. additional accessories added to the base build)
- Stock levels

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

1. If you are not at the address at time of delivery to sign for the item (you will be notified via an attempted delivery notification that an attempt of delivery was made. It will then be your responsibility to organise re-delivery through the freight company.) A re-delivery fee will apply.

Note: Due to the nature and value of the items being delivered we cannot authorise an “authority to leave” as such all deliveries must be signed for.

1. If the delivery driver is held on the delivery - waiting time charges will apply.
